"A great week spent at Claires quiet and tranquil village house. Ideally located for a visit to the WW2 historical sites. Deceptively spacious, clean and with secure off road parking. Local supermarket only 2km away at Cruelly. Proved to be ideal for us touring the area on motorcycles. A little investment in some comfortable furniture would make it the perfect holiday spot. "Excellent property, all communication was so straightforward and the host responded immediately and was extremely helpful. The property itself was very well equipped and clean and only a stones throw from the beach. Although it states linens are provided you need to take your own towels/tea towels etc. luckily we had! We used the bikes and bbq provided and they were great to have at our disposal. Would thoroughly recommend the property and would happily re-book in the future - we stayed during...

"Had a fantastic week in cabourg. The gite was clean, modern and well appointed. Centrally located to the beach and bars and restaurants. Loved cabourg itself, with the long beach/promenade. Dogs allowed on beach before 10 and after 7. Owners stayed next door, there to meet us and to chat to during week. Thanks for the cider 🍏. Would recommend and visit again. Thank you"

"Es war ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist einfach aber sehr schön und sauber. Eine tolle Aussicht. Wir waren zur Osterzeit vor Ort. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt. Dafür kann der Gastgeber aber nichts. Sicherlich sehr toll zur Sommerzeit. Hier müsste der Gastgeber einen kleinen Grill noch aufstellen. Rundherum viel zu sehen und zu erkunden. Danke"

"This home is perfect for a large group! We had 10 family members between the ages of 16 and 75, and there was space for all! It is also the perfect location if you plan to do the D-Day beaches, Rouen, Caan, or Mont Saint-Michel, which we did. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores, and the town is just lovely. "

"A great place to stay. Close enough to the (amazing) beach that if you forget something it's no hassle to pop back and grab it. Really good location for accessing loads of WW2 sites (for when you have a WW2 obsessed teenager!), and some really good cycling routes nearby. Highly recommend, and will re-book if staying in the area again."

"Wir waren zu dritt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr schön gelegen. An den Strand läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. Es gibt schöne Wege in die angrenzenden Ortschaften, so dass man auch mal das Auto stehen lassen kann. Darüber hinaus standen auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt."

"nous sommes arrivés dans un logement propre, doté d'une bonne literie et une belle cuisine ou rien ne nous a manqué. l'absence de wifi n'a pas été un problème ( c'est pour des vacances). Nous avons apprécié pouvoir promener notre chienne dans la cour et dans les prés tout proches. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité des commerces. Notre séjour dans ce logement fut des des plus agréables."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Norman house. Communication with Patrice was easy and the check-in process smooth. The house was clean and neat. Linen’s were fresh. The backyard was beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors friendly. The area is awash in history. About an hour from Normandy, this locale enable us to see everything we wanted and more. We had a change of plans and had to check out early, but we enjoyed our stay very much."

"This accommodation is basic. The kitchen woul be more useful with better utensils eg a sharp knife, veg peeler, chopping board. The beds were very comfortable with ample bedding and the bathroom and toilet were fine. The WiFi was hopeless. There is ample parking near each apartment. We had a very pleasant stay."

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."
