Envie de profiter du soleil ? Prenez place sur le palier extérieur de la résidence, un petit espace discret et agréable pour un café matinal ou un moment de lecture.  
  
Et ce n’est pas tout ! Une place de stationnement privative vous est réservée, et pour les amateurs de moments conviviaux, un terrain de pétanque se trouve juste en face. Vous apprécierez également le stationnement gratuit aux alentours, très pratique si vous avez des visiteurs.
