La cuisine ouverte, moderne et bien équipée (réfrigérateur avec petit congélateur, four, micro-ondes, plaques induction, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, grille-pain…), permet de cuisiner comme à la maison. Un espace repas vous accueille pour des moments conviviaux à quatre, avant de vous détendre dans le salon doté d’un canapé convertible (140x190), parfait pour deux couchages supplémentaires. Depuis la pièce de vie, vous accédez à un premier balcon, exposé Sud-Est, avec un petit salon de jardin. Il est idéal pour prendre votre petit-déjeuner au soleil ou profiter d’une soirée en extérieur. La chambre, cosy et agréable, est équipée d’un lit double et dispose d’un second balcon privatif, qui donne cette fois sur le croisement de la Route de Cabourg et de l’Avenue de la Mer. Les fenêtres sont en double vitrage, et équipées de stores occultants pour vous garantir des nuits paisibles. La chambre donne accès à une salle d’eau moderne avec WC, fonctionnelle et lumineuse.
