From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the generous proportions of this spacious 70 m² apartment. The living room features a large sofa bed and a television, comfortable amenities for relaxing after a day spent outdoors.  
  
The beautifully fitted and equipped open kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with complete peace of mind (oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cellar, induction hob, refrigerator, and freezer). You can also enjoy dinner in the dining area or on the terrace. The balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sunshine.  
  
Two bedrooms can accommodate up to four people for two or more nights. The bathroom is well-designed and equipped with a bathtub.  
  
The apartment also has a garage, ensuring you have secure parking.  
  
Access to the shared heated pool is available from July 1st to mid-September. Shared: heated communal pool (10 x 5 m, depth 40-180 cm).  
  
You'll be delighted by the proximity of the shops, located right outside the apartment. Just a few steps away, you can enjoy the beach, hiking trails, and many other leisure activities on the Normandy coast.
