Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 41 m² flat with sea view, less than 100 m from the beach, for rent in Mers-les-Bains. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 12 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 12 m² living room with a sea view (lounge with double sofa bed and TV)  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. and dining area  
\- Bedroom with double bed  
\- Shower room  
\- Separate WC  
  
Outside:  
\- A 3 m² east-west facing balcony with a side sea view to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Mers-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, on-street parking is prohibited, but paying parking is available close to the apartment.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Mers-les-Bains, approx. 700 m away  
\- Nearest airport: Lille, about 166 km away

\- Bed linen and towels included.  
\- Windows can be opened from below, at children's height. To prevent this, all children must be supervised by an adult.
