Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. The apartment comprises \- 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area \- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, toaster, etc. \- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board.
