« Everything about the house was great. Stayed 2 nights for an Archery shoot up the road and enjoyed those 2 nights. If you are taller watch your head in the shower. Nice open floor plan on the main floor with 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch with the cool air. I would highly recommend this House and Host and will be booking again if we come back. 5 Stars!! »

« The house was a fantastic place to stay. It was obviously very well kept up, clean and well stocked. The inside looks just like the pictures online. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. It is well located for skiers and snowmobilers. Lots of parking space for whatever you bring. »

« Spacious and private, clean and comfortable. The lake is beautiful for swimming, boating, and fishing. Easy access to lots of hiking trails and other nearby attractions, great home base for anything you want to do in the western UP. Great communication from the owner with check in/ out instructions and comprehensive guide to the area that was sent ahead of time. We were there just as a family of 4 but there was plenty of space for larger groups »

« This is a comfortable and well-appointed home. It has everything a family could need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the hikes in The Porcupine Mountains by day and returned to fix delicious dinners in the evening, followed by games and sleep in the comfy beds. We hope to return someday soon, perhaps to experience snow up there. »

« Lovely home with spectacular setting. The weather was great, too, and we swam in Lake Superior and played and paddled on the river every day. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. A great place to make memories. »
