The studio features a comfortable king-sized bed and bunk beds, well-equipped kitchenette, and modern amenities, making it an ideal spot for solo travelers, couples or families looking to explore and retreat.  
  
Welcome, this is our Fir Apartment #4!  
  
Self-contained motel-style room with king-size bed, a set of bunk beds and ensuite bathroom.  
  
The studio is modern, recently upgraded, stylish and spacious, taking care of every comfort in mind.  
  
During winter, enjoy easy access to Mt. Buller for skiing, either by a short drive or a direct bus from the Hunt Club. In summer, explore scenic hiking and walking trails before unwinding at the communal swimming pool or enjoying a game on the floodlit tennis courts.  
  
Located near the Mt. Buller entry gates, this property also provides easy access to horse trail riding, 4WD tracks, river fishing, and the local Merrijig Hunt Club.  
  
Just 15 minutes away, Mansfield offers excellent cafes and restaurants, a zoo, mini-golf, an armchair cinema, paintball, and beautifully maintained parks, playgrounds, and botanical gardens, ensuring a variety of recreational activities throughout the year.  
  
Off-street car parking available.  
  
This studio is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and families with children, sleeping up to 4 guests.

The attractions of the High Country are not limited to the snow ski season. Winter, summer, autumn or spring, there’s always something exciting to do in the High Country. Natural environment features include parts of Lake Eildon and Alpine National Parks. Valleys of the Howqua, Delatite and Goulburn Rivers are also significant landscape features in the Shire. Festivals fill the air with music and colour. There are local wines to taste, local gourmet produce to enjoy and local beers to try, brewed from pristine mountain waters.
