With the capacity to host up to 10 guests, this holiday rental features 4 generously sized bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offering the perfect balance of comfort and opulence.  
  
The indoor living spaces effortlessly cater to any visitor's needs. Lounge in the sitting area, enjoying the warmth and ambiance of the fireplace, while a smart TV provides endless entertainment options.   
  
The communal hub - the kitchen - is a blend of convenience and functionality. It features everything from a coffee machine to a dishwasher, all set for preparing delightful meals. Join together in the dedicated dining room for a fun meal or go alfresco, gracing an outdoor dining area and a breezy verandah presenting mesmerising views.  
  
Each bedroom is stylishly arranged, equipped with bed linen, extra pillows, and blankets; ensuring the sweetest of dreams. No need to worry about shared bathrooms; two bedrooms come with an en-suite.   
  
Step outside and you will find a spacious garden, perfect for letting your pets enjoy an open space. The property hosts a handy barbeque with utensils, all set to grill to your heart's delight while enjoying the scenic views of Meroo Meadow.   
  
Olive Grove is not just a place to stay, but a destination to experience. Its distinctive amenities, from a portable Bluetooth speaker to a collection of pantry items, including coffee, tea, and condiments, elevate the comfort level.  
  
For your convenience, Olive Grove provides off-street parking with room for 4 cars. Plus, our home is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring up to 3 of your furry friends along!

Important Information:  
  
\- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.  
\- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.  
\- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.  
\- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.  
\- Fencing: The property is partially fenced (kids and pets could get out easily).  
\- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.   
\- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).  
\- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.  
\- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.  
\- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.   
\- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.  
\- NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
