It has a great layout with good views of the inlet(lake). It is a quiet location. Our Border Collie loved the house and full credit to the owner as it was extremely dog friendly - bowls and mats provided and a very secure yard with undercover area for our dog. The views from the front living area and decking are superb. The couches were comfortable, and the wood fire heater was a great addition. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would stay in again for the following reasons. The house needs lots of maintenance updates. There are black mould patches in the ceiling.(kitchen) and around the shower in ensuite. My son's bed sheets had not been changed and were full of sand. The kitchen has peeling contact all over the bench top which is not nice to use at all. The toilet seat in the ensuite is broken. The towels and sheets are old and stained.
