There is plenty of off street parking, even room to bring your boat and enjoy fishing in the crystal clear Merimbula waters. Located on fabulous Long Point, fronting ocean reserve to Merimbula Wharf and Merimbula Bay with a short 5 min walk to Long Point whale watching lookout. Wake up to early fishing boats heading out or lay in bed and take in the beautiful views. Beautiful Merimbula is renowned for glorious beaches and lakes, beautiful bushland and National Parks with an abundance of native flora and wildlife, whale watching (September to November), boating and fishing, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, canoeing, golfing on the many surrounding courses, or exploring the many local markets. Enjoy a scenic flight, fresh seafood lunch or catch up with the latest movies at the cinema. Cordova offers a large backyard with private BBQ where you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the kids play. My only criticism is that bath towels were not provided, although this was made clear to us in the "welcome" letter. We had a great stay, the property was clean and tidy, beds were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The view is beautiful, the house was really easy to keep clean and had everything we needed. There is a lovely walking track only 100m up the street to an amazing headland lookout over the ocean. It also a short walk to the coastline boardwalk which runs all the way to town. Would recommend this stay to anybody looking to stay in beautiful Merimbula! ##### Lachlan F.
