Absolutely terrible experience. The property was completely run down. We paid for an ocean view and instead got a parking lot view; completely unacceptable. Guests were openly smoking marijuana, which is illegal in Texas, and nothing was done about it. The pool was closed the entire time we stayed, so we couldn’t use it at all. To top it off, the sheets on the bed were stained. The shower was cold water only. The only positives were the bartender and front desk staff, who were polite and nice, and the food and drinks were good. We also paid for souvenir cups that they didn’t even have. We will definitely never stay here again, though we might stop by sometime just for the fish tacos and drinks.

Nail trimmings found on one of the beds, middle bedroom smelled like urine, fridge and freezer were not working upon arrival (was fixed the following day), downstairs toilet was not functioning properly, and was ghosted by host mid stay. Parking was also an issue due to significant road construction but that was not the host’s fault. Beach was close and within walking distance but will not be staying there again.

The room was not clean. There was black smudge on the wall. Not sure if it was mold or not. There was a stain on the comforter. The sliding door out to the balcony was bolted shut. It would’ve been nice to know that we weren’t able to use the balcony before we got there. The only good part was the amenities. They had three pools which was good. And it was walkable to the beach.

this condo was clean but barely equipped with necessities. There were no carpets or mats on the floors so had to use towels especially in the shower areas for slippery floors. Couch looked very worn. Dining table legs were wobbly. Refrigerator does not have ice or water (they did provide ice trays). There are only two small hand towels in the kitchen. The beach view was spectacular and the grounds are kept very nicely and the staff are super friendly. Overall it was a nice stay.
