The apartment currently consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is distributed over four levels. On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an American-style counter. It has a microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, capsule coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Table for four people. The ground floor has a living room with 2 sofas, a TV, Wi-Fi for guests and a large window with access to the terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture including a sun awning for shade. The terrace has a sea view and a view of the communal pool with private access to the common areas. On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms with a single bed each and on the upper floor you will find the double bedroom and the bathroom. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but has fans in the bedrooms. House Rules: Parties and events of any kind are not allowed. Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified. No pets allowed.
