Definitely no more than 4 persons. We only had 2 there. The bottom floor bedroom is tight, but doable. We did not use the loft bedroom. The mini split struggled to keep up with the 19 degree nights. The metal bed on the ground floor was unsteady and when we first sat on it, a nut fell off.
