There is no public transportation. ➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay. ➤ Pets allowed with $50 fee per stay. Max 2 dogs under 60 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate if left alone. ➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted. ➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account). ➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage). ➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation. 4\. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit. 5\. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform\`s cancellation policy. 6\. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud. 7\. No parties or events allowed. 8\. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible. 9\. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no \`smoking\` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and \`use of fire\` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. 10\. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. 11\. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We\`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them. 12\. Our family was in the area for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. It was well decorated and furnished making it very comfortable. We have 5 younger children and there was plenty of space in the kitchen and living room; we never felt cramped. The house was well stocked and the owners responded well to needs/concerns we had. Our only disappointment was that the weather wasn't more pleasant so we could enjoy the hammocks and outdoor space. If in the area again, would stay here again or look at the owners other properties. ##### rebecca s. The spacious cabin is a perfect mix of rustic with modern touches (jacuzzi tub and bidet). The 2 porches and 2 outdoor seating areas make for relaxing evenings watching the fireflies. Comfortable place to stay away from home with access to all Mentone has to offer. Recommend for families and friends.
