Spacious and bright, it is located 200 meters from Lake Annecy and close to restaurants and shops.

\- Three bedrooms: A master suite with a queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room, a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a third bedroom with a double bed (140cm).

Enjoy the residence's private swimming pool (available from approximately May 15th to September 15th) while being just steps from the lake. Whether you're looking for relaxation or outdoor adventures, this apartment is the perfect base for your vacation.
