Lovely hotel with clean, spacious rooms and very close to a gorgeous secluded cove (with adjacent restaurants). My only bugbear was the 'free' wifi, which didn't really work (when trying to log into most sites, 'premium wifi' offers kept coming up – available for an additional fee). Oh, and expecting guests to pay extra for the use of the room safe seemed particularly tight!

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, beach a few minutes walk away. Reception very helpful and knowledgeable. Good choice of food at all meal times. Most bar staff friendly and helpful except the odd older male bar staff rather grumpy/unfriendly manner.

hotel was excellent in all categories. WiFi not brilliant is the only downside - needs to make it accessible everywhere rather than the free half hour in reception.

Have stayed at better value hotels.
Thankfully we got a cheap deal because this hotel is poor value for money otherwise. Very poor all inclusive option with only choice of drinks being on tap including wines. Meals virtually same every day. No themed evenings at dinner. Poor entertainment if that's your thing. Only 30 mins wifi allowable per day in reception. Not enough sun loungers for all guests

Expect some noise in the evening
Whilst the overall comfort of the rooms was very good, noise from the entertainment at night could get very loud, especially if your room was near to, or above the lounge area. A small but unnecessary niggle was that whilst we were there they were refusing to fill ones water bottles even though we were all inclusive. This seemed selective as people were doing it when no staff were looking. When we booked we requested sea view rooms but were not told that they came at a premium at the time, so be aware when booking. On the plus side the bus service to Ciutuadella was conveniently just outside the side entrance.

Good position
The most outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff who are very welcoming and efficient. Food is of good quality and enough choice for the most fussy taste and plenty of it. Although there is a notice telling people not to put towels on sunbeds they still do and this is allowed to happen, having said that there are plenty of sunbeds it's just the towels get put there in the morning in the sunniest position. We found the bed in the bedroom firm yet comfortable, the pillows are too firm. We were able to get towels for beach and swimming pool from reception which was a bonus as we forgot to bring ours, these could be changed every two days. We were in room 134 would not recommend this as the entertainment started at approx. 9.30pm and this room is above it and was so loud there was no chance of getting to sleep until it ended at around 11pm so if you like to retire early this would not be the room for you. As we booked late we accepted this however we would choose a room as far away from this area as possible next time. Across the road from the hotel is the most delightful sandy beach cove sunbeds and umbrellas available at 15 euros. A bus stop to various places just outside the hotel so car not essential. A lovely beach bar Sa Cova serves a good lunch also superb food in the evening if you prefer to eat out, plus other beach and snack bars. I would recommend this resort and hotel and would certainly consider returning.

Hotel near to beach but surrounding area very poor
When we arrived at the Hotel the welcome was very poor. Reception Staff not very helpful and a little abrupt .We requested a sea view room through Expedia but was told that there were no rooms available with sea view. The Expedia website states the room has a mini bar which it does not only a empty small mini fridge. When we queried this with reception they told us that none of the rooms in the Hotel have a mini bar. The hot food although reasonable variety most days was cold and we had to use the microwave to reheat it up. The pool was large and lovely with plenty of sun loungers, but unfortunately the water was freezing and therefore we were unable to go in.

Nice clean hotel.
Most staff were very friendly and helpful especially the staff who done the daily activities. Clean and tidy hotel. Hotel rooms were big enough and clean. Close to the beach. Upgraded to all inclusive which we were glad we did. Downsides were no tea making facilities, although we were aware of this and that you were expected to pay for the use of the fridge and the safe that was already in the room's.

VERY HELPFULL STAFF,NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE,FOOD IS VERY GOOD AND PLENTY OF CHOICE !! EVEN THE MOST FUSSY EATER CAN FIND THINGS TOO EAT,THE ROOMS ARE SPACEIOUSE,AND THERES COMPLIMENTARY TOOTHBRUSHES,TOOTHPASTE,SHAMPOO,SOAP,RAZOR AND SHAVEING CREAM,AND SHOWER CAPS.THERE IS AIR CON,PLUS A CEILING FAN.BIG BALCONY TO SIT AND LOOK AT THE VIEW.THE SWIMMING POOL IS GREAT,BIG AND VERY CLEAN.ALSO THERES NO TOWELS TAKEING UP THE SUNBEDS.IT DIDNT MATTER WHAT TIME WE WENT TO THE POOL,THERE WAS ALWAYS SUNBEDS VACANT.TURN LEFT BY THE TENNIS COURT AND YOU GET TO A SUPERMARKET AND RESTAURANTS,TURN RIGHT AND YOU GET TO THE BEACH,PLUS ANOTHER SUPERMARKET.THERE ARE BUS STOPS OUTSIDE THE HOTEL AND THE RECEPTION STAFF GIVE YOU BUS TIMETABLES,OR ARE ONLY TO WILLING TO PHONE A TAXI FOR YOU.I HAD A BRILLIANT TIME THERE WITH MY 17YR OLD DAUGHTER.

Stones throw from beach
Got this in a really good deal B&B. Probably explains the lovely view of the ditch though. What I mean by this is that the room was situated in a lower ground situation landscaped with flowers backing on to the pool. Looking up from my room you could see back of loungers but not the pool. This not a problem for me though might be problem though for someone with mobility issues as access only by stairs. This isn't meant to sound like a negative review the staff were very good, rooms clean, food good and very close to a nice little cove. I would recommend this hotel.

What you see is what you get.
Straightforward hotel, clean and spacious. Easy parking and you really need a car to explore. Best beaches - a secret! Watch the sunset over Majorca from the Blarney Stone down the road. If you want to chill, get a tan and a rest - just the job.

Relaxing couples holiday
We had a lovely stay at this hotel and definitely benefited from going towards the end of the season so the hotel was quieter. Very clean and welcoming within a friendly neighbourhood.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was smart and clean. Good air com. Breakfast had an excellent choice. Ample free parking. Location was right next to small beach with good local restaurants. Overall very good experience.

Very good hotel. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Rooms good but beds hard and air conditioning switched off 10:30 to 14:00 and 01:30 to 07:30. Very good selection of food at breakfast.

Have just got back, have stayed at the Mediterrani 4 times, cannot fault it, a relaxing holiday with great food lovely staff and excellent cleanliness. Would recommend to anyone that likes a quiet resort with buses outside of hotel to other places on island.

Very good location , a minute to the beach and places to eat, Ciudadella is 15 minutes away by bus, by taxi €8. You can start cami de cavalls walk within 5 minutes Both receptionist morning (german one) and afternoon (spanish one) very good and very helpful. Good value for money Will go back

Good place for a relaxing holiday
We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms,bar, restaurant etc were all very nice and always very clean. The pool was very good and the beach that is in easy walking distance was excellent with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Our only complaint would be that 17 euros a day for two loungers and an umbrella was too expensive, especially if you went there most days. There was also restaurants in walking distance were you cuould have a meal and watch the sun set .

Great Quiet Hotel
Had a lovely time apart from the weather was not good, and the two girls who were the entertainment team were really lovely and not too pushy.We were glad they had activities as it rained all day one day. There always space on a sunbed as well. The food was really good,always fish and meat ,and loads of plain salads,and different mixed kind of salads, only had potatoes one night,on different evenings there was as a side a weg rice dish, chips, pasta,an unusual paella,always hot veggies some which were a bit mixed and not so good, but had a cooked spinach dish one night delicious.Always fresh fruit available,and good choice and the icecreams were really really good!! the same for breakfast, variety for everyone, We ate out one night across the road for a pizza for a change at Restaurant Miramar, which was delicious and had a brandy floater coffee (5 euros) their most evenings overlooking the sea, and there was a greast cocktail bar just next to that restaraunt which was excellent Great bus service by the hotel, into Calan Bosch beach or Cituedella, which is worth a trip out just 15 mins by bus. Would defintely go back here as very quiet area, not much going on evenings so the local Hotel Sagitorria just along the road, has a tribute nite once or twice a free entry, and we saw a very proffessional magic show one evening at our hotel, great for peace and relaxation, suit couples or singles nothing for teenagers.There was some kind of entertainment every evening at this hotel.

Clean hotel, little old. Nice and helpful staff. Felt like summer camp all over again with all the daily and nightly activities. Nothing nearby worth eating at, went into Cuitadella every night. Beach is close, but again drove to other beaches everyday. Without a car I would not have enjoyed the trip as much.

It was wonderful
This hotel is in the middle of an urban area but feels like an oasis in the desert - except it is surrounded by trees. It exceeded all our expectations - if only we had had more than 24 hours to spend there. The dinner and breakfast we all we could want and although they were buffet style, the atmosphere was calm and leisurely with food plentiful and freshly replenished. The pool was lovely and large enough for a proper swim, surrounded by trees and comfortable sunbeds. The beach and sea were an eight minute walk away, offering a safe and pretty alternative.,

Booked last minute holiday to hotel Mediterrani and was not sure what to expect. But it was excellent. Hotel was very clean and has lovely swimming pool, which was great for the children. Rooms were very clean. We all had a great time and cannot wait to go back. Hotel very relaxing and Cala Blanca is a great base from which to go exploring. The food was excellent and varied, something for everyone.

Exactly what we wanted
We spent an excellent 2 weeks in the Hotel Mediterrani. Ideal for a really lazy sunny holiday! The room was not luxurious but perfectly comfortable with all you need, plus a balcony with a great sea-view. 4th floor facing sea is best - if you're not at evening entertainment, it doesn't disturb you. Mostly Spanish guests, some Italian and a few Brits and others. Food excellent with plenty of choice at breakfast and evening meal. The poolside cafe-bar serves lunches too. Friendly, helpful staff. It's not an especially large hotel but had some entertainment every evening. Lovely pool, plenty of sunbeds all day. Very short walk to sandy cove beach with safe bathing. Most guests were couples but children very welcome it seemed.

Was very impressed at this 3 star hotel.Lovely clean room overlooking the pool. The staff were very friendly.All the meals were buffet style, always found something nice to eat.This is a great hotel to relax in. Very quiet area but there were bars and restaurants nearby if you wanted them. Good public bus route right outside the hotel to Ciudadella.Many guests we met were on return visits to this hotel and some had been coming back for many years. Most guests were Spanish or Italian with a few English but all the staff spoke English. Lovely pool and lots of sunbeds. Didnt have to get up at dawn with towel to reserve a bed at all. Only a few moments from the blue flag beach where the sea was beautiful for swimming.

Nice Hotel, very clean and well presented in a good location. Always a sun lounger free, staff are polite and helpful. pool area is lovley with sunny and shady areas. really close to the beach and local resteraunts/ bars. had to pay extra to use the safe and the fridge in the room. air con was abit funky and only 2 english tv stations.

Great Holiday Hotel
Great value for money hotel. Travel with my partner for a 6 days holiday in Menorca. Hotel Mediterrani has an ideal location and it is very clean. Large swumming pool and entertainment to the guests every day and night. Quality of hot breakfast a bit poor, but continental breakfast is fine with a great variety. Cala Blanca, the bay where the hotel is, is perfect clear water, with quality restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, all within minutes walk. I Would recommend the hotel to those who will spend most of the time visiting the island and not spending much time at the hotel room. Fantastic impression, much better than expected. Would definitely use it again.

La relaciòn calidad precio es buena, es un hotel bien ubicado muy cerca de Ciudadella , hay una calita justo al lado , el hotel esta reformado , el personal fantástico!!!! , estuvimos en régimen de media pension y tanto el desayuno como la cena son muy mediocres, hay que tener en cuenta que la mayoria de los clientes vienen en regimen de todo incluido y creo que eso baja la calidad , aun asi estuvimos conformes y nuestra estancia fue agradable.

Ottimo hotel
Ottimo hotel, splendido soggiorno in questo hotel, confortevole e ben strutturato.. Camere comode spaziose e ben pulita.. Favolosa zona piscina e spazi aperti anche se usato solo poche ore poiché ho usato l hotel principalmente per dormire cenare e colazione in quanto ho girato l isola il più possibile...cena e colazione ottime.. Staff di sala gentile e cordiale

Hotel apto para temporadas no muy largas. No tiene wifi gratuita más que en la recepción, las bebidas en el restaurante caras y mobiliario algo antiguo para ser un 4estrellas. Muy cerca de Cala Blanca y a pocos kms de Ciudadella, el personal muy agradable y la comida, muy buena.

Muy bien todo excepto el trató de un par de empleados descontentos... El bufet algo escaso para un cuatro estrellas y en el todo incluido no te entra agua para subir a la habitación salvo que la subas en vasitos de plástico.

Hotel tranquilo y cerca del mar
El hotel a pesar de ser algo antiguo es confortable y tranquilo, no hay mucha animación infantil y el de adultos tiene un horario adecuado. Las habitaciones están bien y las últimas plantas tienen vistas al mar. La piscina es grande y está bastante bien. El servicio buffet es bastante bueno y variado. Los camareros del comedor son amables con alguna excepción. El personal en general muy agradables. Ha sido una estancia agradable y buena.

Nos dieron una habitacion en el sotano, olia fatal a humedad, muebles y baño super anticuado.La cerradura era con llave y nisiquiera se podia echar una vuelta de llave para asegurarte que no te van a robar.El buffet muy flojo.Algunos empleados ni te saludan al pasar.Lo mejor la ubicacion cerca de la ciutadella y a unos 30 min. De macarella. La piscina y jardines del hotel muy bonitos lo unico x lo q vale la pena. La isla preciosa.

Un Hotel al Cual No Volveré ni Recomendare a nadie
Mi Experiencia a sido Muy Negativa Empezando por que el Aire Acondicionado en la Habitación a sido inexistente durante las Nueve Noches que duró Nuestra estancia que fue del 15 de Julio 2.015 al día 24 de Julio 2.015 ( 9 Noches ) no se podia estar en la Habitación desde las 13:00 Horas Hasta que se Marchaba el Sol sobre las 21.00 PM. por lo que Marchabamos Temprano y Regresabamos despues de esa Hora. y por supuesto Informar que el Servicio de Restauración de Muy Baja Calidad y muy Repetitivo. mi sorpresa fue que en un Hotel de esta Categoria o que se hace tenerla pueda Cobrar al Cliente por Utilizar el Pequeño Minibar que tienen con Candado, Bajo mi Opinion es tercermundista y que decir de la Wifi También de pago. Nunca lo Recomendaré.

Verschrikkelijk slecht hotel
Hotel beslist geen 4 sterren. Airco werkt slecht en wordt door het hotel 's nachts en in de ochtend uitgezet, kamer is daardoor altijd warm en niet koel te krijgen. Safe kost 31,50 euro per week en ook voor gebruik koelkast moet betaald worden. Het eten is van een bedroevende kwaliteit, eten is lauw (borden zijn warmer!), overgaar, smakeloos en veel uit blik en een pakje. Al met al veel te veel betaald en weinig gekregen. Zelfs de WiFi mag maar voor een half uur per dag en ook alleen maar in de lobby gratis gebruikt worden. Uiteindelijk hele vakantie op WiFi van hotel ernaast gebruikt.
