Minutes from 280\. Heart of Silicon Valley in Menlo Park close to STANFORD, PALO ALTO, Sand Hill road & VC/Tech community offices. 35 mins to SF, 10 min to Stanford, and 15 to Face.book. Perfect for Executives or colleagues on business in Silicon Valley, or traveling families. Spacious living room with HD Cable and Streaming, large, comfortable beds, full kitchen, and large back yard. Wash and Fold laundry around the corner. You will have access to the whole house (except the garage) and backyard. The house is fully stocked with linens, towels, and kitchenware and a starter kit or toilettries. I have engaged a property management group, Air Concierge, to ensure your comfort and that your stay is met with courteous, professional, and prompt responses to any questions that might arise. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g., photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency. Occupancy: Guest agrees to rent the Property for the check-in and check-out dates and times specified in the Platform Terms, unless modified in writing by the Manager. Payments and Deposits: All payments (e.g., rent, fees (pets, HOA, pool/spa, other utilities, transient occupancy tax, etc) and security deposits are processed through the Booking Platform per the Platform Terms. The Guest is responsible for additional charges (e.g., pool/spa heating, pet fees, resort fees, special items, damages, fines) not covered by the platform, payable via the platform or the Manager’s designated method (e.g., ACH to the account specified by Manager). Any agreed upon additional charges shall not be provided to Guest until payment is received by Manager. 2.3 Cancellation Policy: The Main Booker’s cancellation of the reservation is governed by the cancellation policy specified in the Platform Terms, as confirmed in the reservation details, which is incorporated herein by reference. The house is older , but has had some remodel to kitchen and bathroom. There is an older SUV in driveway which is very inconvenient. Really not enough room to park behind and not stick out into sidewalk . Makes access to front door more difficult. Like I said the house is dated but for our needs it worked. The bathroom is very small, the sink counter is very low but toilet is newer and at a senior height. The heat system worked well but is noisy like the dishwasher. The bed in front bedroom was very very comfortable. We did not use the high bed in other bedroom. The big dining table in patio add on room was fine but kinda far away from kitchen. Living room couch was at least 10 ft long and comfortable. TV s in house worked well. My other observation is that there is soo much old personal clutter in house it needs to be cleaned up. Lots of stuff in all cabinets lots of expired opened containers of all kinds of stuff! Overall if I ever need to go to Stanford hospital I would rent again.
