Come discover this characterful house in the heart of the quiet and peaceful village of Ménil-sur-Saulx, ideally located 13 km from Ligny en Barrois, 22 km from Saint-Dizier and 23 km from Bar-Le-Duc. You will find all shops, restaurants, activities (cinema, bowling, laser tag etc.) there. You can also enjoy the Lac du Der, a 30-minute drive away, with its many activities (casino, treetop adventure course, swimming, cycling, walking, sailing, jet skiing, etc.). Jovilliers Abbey is 3 km away, and the Ecurey Heritage Site is 12 km away (open to the public) depending on the day: bar, flea market, museum, organic and local products, etc.  
Bure village is 25 km away, visit the technological center with exhibitions and the ANDRA underground laboratory (tours available by reservation)  
and the permanent environmental observatory.  
  
Very good Boulanger Chocolatier Lombard in the neighboring village of Stainville, 3 km away.  
  
Finally, the Saulx Valley, where the cottage is located, offers a most pleasant landscape for walks, bike rides, and drives through the countryside with magnificent views of the stone houses, listed monuments and bridges, the first-class river, and its diverse flora and fauna.  
  
The cottage is decorated in partnership with the "La Salamandre" flea market. You can purchase some of the objects and furniture that decorate this cottage.  
The cottage's decor is regularly changed. It is also possible to make an appointment to visit the Salamandre "Alibaba's Cave" during your stay. After climbing a few steps, you can discover this charming single-story house with a kitchen open to the living room and a large screen TV, ideal for spending time together.  
A beautiful bedroom with a 140\*190 cm bed and its private bathroom. A second bedroom with a 140\*190 cm bed and a third bedroom with two 90\*200 cm beds that can be joined to form a large 180 cm bed. Each bedroom has a television.  
You will also find a bathroom with a toilet and a second separate toilet.  
  
A terrace, a walled garden, an orchard, and a meadow are part of this cottage. Once you've passed the front steps, everything is on the same level.
