"A wonderful family resort especially for families. Beautiful view from the room and balcony of the inlet. Water looks great for kayaking. The large pool is kept spotless but it was a bit windy so we didn’t try. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Iris Hotel Cape Cod. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to downtown Falmouth. One of the best parts was the free breakfast — we didn’t expect it, so it was a nice surprise! The indoor pool was also a big plus, especially when the weather wasn’t perfect. Overall, the staff was friendly, the room was nice, and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!"
