It boasts a large terraced garden spanning 1,100 square meters, complete with a lawn, flowers, and a dedicated sunbathing area of 200 square meters. The property also features a seasonal swimming pool (available from April 30 to October 30) with an outdoor shower, ensuring a refreshing and enjoyable outdoor experience. Additionally, it provides amenities such as Internet WiFi, parking facilities, and a storage room for bicycles.

The kitchen also has an exit leading to the garden, patio, and swimming pool.
