Inside this spacious, newly-renovated home, discover soaring ceilings of rich wood and exposed beams as well as multiple windows and sliding glass doors that open out to the ocean-facing deck. Prepare all your favorite meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen and dine at the nearby table or head outside for the perfect alfresco experience with the aid of your own gas grill. The yard is enclosed and gated offering a safe and secure space for the family dogs. Back indoors, the main living area offers a plush sectional, swivel chairs, a fireplace, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Browse the many shelves brimming with books or choose from one of the provided board games for fun afternoons.  
  
Choose from four well-appointed bedrooms including a main bedroom and a junior suite with desks and chairs, TVs, and en suite bathrooms. These rooms also offer private access out to the deck. Listen to the ocean crashing on the rocks as you drift off to sleep or enjoy your own soundtrack via the Bluetooth receiver with tower speakers.  
  
Be sure to explore the natural beauty that surrounds the property. Visit the Sinking Whole and hike the trails in Russian Gulch State Park, all within walking distance of this home. Visit Point Cabrillo Light Station State Historic Park for even more scenic hiking trails, just a mile-and-a-half north on Highway 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
