"We enjoyed 3 of our 4 nights at this hotel. The first night was marred by several unruly children running and shouting for several hours in the hallway, which hotel staff did nothing to curtail. However the following nights we changed rooms to an upper floor and had a very quiet and pleasant stay. We enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant downstairs, and breakfast provided each morning, and in both cases the food and service were quite good. Staff were pleasant, beds were comfortable, and internet access was fine. The hotel location was also quite convenient to San Jose locations and the Bay Area."

"Next time as a courtesy, it would be nice to know if our room that we will be staying in is going to be right next-door to the laundry room. Our stay was quiet and pleasant for the most part, however we were woken up about 3 or 4 AM to the sound of slamming of washer and dryer doors next to us which caused the pictures in our room to shake and wake us up."
