Enjoying close proximity to the delights and transport links of neighbouring Menaggio, this contemporary style apartment offers a spacious and inviting modern home in which to relax and enjoy a memorable central lake holiday. Offering a chic retro finish inside, the 85sqm apartment provides a unique interior with breathtaking lake views to match! On entering the apartment guests will find a spacious and stylish open plan living and dining room ideal for entertaining. A stylish red sofa allows guests to unwind in front of the flat screen TV provided, whilst easy access from here to the private lake view balcony terrace provides a lovely flow to the room. With sliding glass screens to offer shelter when needed, the balcony terrace offers the perfect warm and inviting area in which to relax throughout the year, with far reaching views of Bellagio to serve as the perfect back drop for enjoying a drink or evening meal to the small dining area. More formal dinner parties for up to 6 can easily be enjoyed to the modernist dining area provided next to the living area. A fully-equipped modern kitchen is situated next to the open plan room for guest’s convenience and offers everything one could wish for when preparing delicious home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. Its large opening looks out into the open plan living room, for a sociable venue in which to cook whilst entertaining guests. The sleeping accommodation offers flexible arrangements to suit groups of 4, with a spacious double bedroom and a large twin bedroom. Couples can enjoy the restful ambience of the master bedroom, which offers a simply contemporary finish enhanced by the beautiful lake views from its Juliette balcony. The twin bedroom is equally spacious and looks out to the surrounding residence and is furnished with fitted wardrobes. A completely renovated bathroom offers a striking place in which you will be able to enjoy your shower and revive the senses. Outside the residence, guests are within easy walking distance of the mooring facilities of Nobiallo Marina as well as the frequent western shore bus service. Nearby Menaggio is within easy reach also, to provide a picturesque accompaniment to a holiday here with a wide range of local shops, cafes, restaurants and bars to enjoy alongside the resort town’s popular Lido and frequent car and passenger ferry service. Guests can enjoy power boat rental from the lakeshore, a round of golf at the famous Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club, a game of Tennis up in the Loveno club or a scenic hillside trek or sedate lakeside walk. The property was incredible, would highly recommend it for anyone. Just a note for future travellers: nobialo/menaggio has very infrequent and poor public transport (buses run every 1-2 hours and always delayed). We received very detailed directions to the rental and clear check in procedures. The apartment was spacious and the enclosed balcony offered stunning views over the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The only suggestion I'd have is to put a couple of really comfortable chairs on the balcony so the views can be even enjoyed more! Séjour de 2 nuits en mai 2023 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Roland B. 7 sept. 2020 Points faibles : Propreté #### Vernachlässigte Wohnung mit schönem Blick Bei unserer Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der gebuchte Privatparkplatz kein privater, gekennzeichneter Stellplatz war, sondern es vom Glück abhängt ob ein solcher zur Verfügung steht oder nicht. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde uns dann immer wieder erklärt, dass wir nur einen öffentlichen Parkplatz gebucht hätten, was schlicht und einfach falsch war. (Zwischenzeitlich ist der "Privatparkplatz" aus der Beschreibung entfernt worden. Ohne diesen ist die Parkplatzsituation aber sehr schlecht, weil öffentliche Parkplätze so gut wie nicht vorhanden sind.) Die Wohnung selbst hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Zimmertüren quietschen, Badezimmerfenster lässt sich nicht verschließen, Rollos im Wintergarten fehlen (wird sehr heiß dadurch), Teppich löst sich und bildet Stolperfallen und die Fenster dämpfen den Straßenlärm überhaupt nicht, so dass man nachts regelmäßig durch vorbeifahrende LKWs geweckt wird. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den See ist schön. Das Zentrum von Menaggio ist in 30 min zu Fuß erreichbar. ##### Roland B. Séjour de 7 nuits en août 2020
