A good hotel but was hard to park as private parking next door with no agreement to park so had difficulty getting in with our UK phone number! Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Wasn’t keen on the breakfast but maybe a British thing!

Very nice and convenient downtown location. Service staff was very good. My complaint is simply the price for one night with taxes and fees was exorbitant, though I do understand the rate is what the market is during a big event downtown. Still, no common hotel, even if very nice, is worth $500.00 for one nights stay.

The hotel was in a convenient location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the property has some age. Fixtures, carpets worn. Shower grout was showing signs of mildew. Rooms did allow for noise to pass through from room to room.
