The layout is designed for both gathering and privacy, with multiple living areas and thoughtful touches throughout. Three comfortable bedrooms with cozy beds and space to unwind. Two full bathrooms, clean and updated, to keep your group moving and comfortable. A large, well-stocked chef’s kitchen with everything you need to cook anything from a simple breakfast to a gourmet dinner — perfect for food lovers or family meals. Getting Around:  
Unless walking in the neighborhood, then driving and Uber/Lyft are the only option. Public bus system is very poor.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night. It is common almost anywhere in Memphis to hear and see the parade of planes coming through. It is all part of Memphis' sounds and charm.

Our check-in was very simple and easy. The house was amazing. The bed felt like I was sleeping on cloud I could've slept all day. My daughter was able to bring her PS five and play on it in the evening time when we weren't doing anything else with family. and we were able to pull our rental car inside the gate so that we have protection at all time. We also had everything we needed inside the kitchen filtered water coming out of the fridge. That was really nice and Cory always responded to whatever our needs were it may have taken a little time to get back with us, but we were never ignored. We will definitely come back 100%. It was nice that our daughter had her own room and her own bathroom as well until next time.
