"The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly and very helpful. There is valet parking, but otherwise no good parking options. I walked about 3 blocks to a Walgreens at 6:30 PM, but it was light out. I didn't feel safe walking there. I took a slightly different route back to the hotel and it was fine. I should have asked staff before walking."

" I was impressed how quiet the rooms were. The location was great. Everything is within walking distance (I like to walk). The trolley station and a Walgreens is nearby. One of the main reasons I chose the hotel was that breakfast was included. I would stay there again. "

We needed to print an important document and, even though she was headed out the door to go home, she helped us as we were having difficulty. She was so professional and friendly. Because of Carla, we would highly recommend staying at Hotel Insigo. The room was ver nice and the location was perfect for walking to our favorite food/music venue The Rum Boogie Cafe.
