This turned out to be an excellent location and a great place to share with family. If we go back to Memphis overnight we will check here first. It was clean, convenient, and everything worked. It was in a part of the city that made going to other places a breeze. Having the key card was super helpful since we had a hard time remembering the key pad inputs. We had a little problem getting the door code right to get into the condo. But this may have been "user" error. The property owner answered my call and gave me an immediate solution. He was very helpful and polite. It was very nice having the extra security of the gated parking especially since we arrived after dark. And the location was really good with the various places that we wanted to go to. The only confusion was the picture in the property listing that shows a large, tall, open room. I am not sure what that is related too but it is not a part of the property. That being said, the place was perfect for what we wanted. The other issue which was not the responsibility of the condo owner was that the elevator broke down the last night of our stay. Hopefully this got fixed after our check out and was a rare occurrence. Overall, we would definitely choose to stay here again. ##### Brian C.
