Uniquely situated in Memphis Historical Victorian Village as well as the Medical District. This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by lush tall trees and historic century old restored villas. The neighborhood is centrally located and provides easy access to all attractions whether with your own car or Uber/Lyft. Parking is available in our gated front parking area. Additional parking at the 24x7 monitored back parking area. Also, there is plenty of street parking available as well. Parking: There is a 1-car maximum for the limited gated parking lot. Any additional cars are welcome to use the complementary rear parking or the street parking. All parking is first-come, first-serve. Note: The parking lot entrance/exit is very narrow for some cars. We would love to host you as our guest and thank you in advance for understanding our additional house rules: 1\. Check in anytime after 4pm and check out by 11am. Please reach out if you desire an early check in and we will try to accommodate your request. 2\. Smoking of any kind including vapes and marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the suites. We have advance sensors to detect and report presence of cigarette smoke and weed. We would hate to charge a $200 smoking fee. 3\. Please notify owners of any difficulty or problems you incur during your stay. We will make every effort to eliminate these problems or make repairs as soon as possible. 4\. Safety/Security? Yes! Gated and plenty of cameras, all different codes, easy to use, parked in the alley and still felt safe Clean/Comfortable? Yes! Bed and pillows were amazing, bathroom and kitchen were clean, floors were clean, very impressive, just the right size and use of space, 2 of us and never felt cramped I was given all the info I needed to access the property prior to check-in, the owner emailed to check on us and made themselves available daily if needed (we didn't), the property and furniture is updated, all in all, exceeded our standards of somewhere to sleep and shower that felt safe and comfortable. When we arrived the entry code didn’t work. This had happened just over a month before at our last VRBO and that time it was a total nightmare. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the emergency phone number for over an hour! This can’t be happening again we thought. We called the number included for any issues, and our host answered right away and in less than 2 minutes we were inside! The rental was exactly as pictured and described. Clean, comfortable, and I loved the little lighted vanity for putting on makeup and doing my hair.
