I don’t know who they pay for the positive reviews. The property is so run down and dirty. The front doors are locked - you have to use a dirty phone to enter the doors to get to the reception area. I felt very unsafe. They’ve got drug dealings going on in the parking lot. Once I saw the room I tried to get my money back and leave but since I prepaid, you get nothing back. Expedia did not help either. They said that the property did not want to refund my money. Maybe if they showed real pictures of the property, I wouldn’t have even given the property a second look. I guess Expedia doesn’t care about the customers that use their site and stay at the properties on their site. DO NOT USE PRE-PAY. You can not get your money back even if you don’t spend 1 second in the room. Good luck to you if you stay here.

The owners did not speak a reasonable english language. they kept raising the prices i will never again use this organization again. The room had multiple issues rugs dirty the not plates were damaged just not cool. no breakfast as u advertise just a mess!

Most of the staff were great found the one night staff male not very friendly and did not even register that we had a registration allso we had our credit card scammed and had to cancel our card and have a new one sent the breakfast was good and the room was good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is older but our room was clean. For the price it is what you would expect, nothing fancy but it was a restful night sleep. We stayed for 4 nights.

The staff at this property was very rude. One guy there is nice and respectful the other one is rude and very disrespectful. And there’s roaches in the room! Please don’t leave your food out it’s disgusting!would never stay here again

Once I checked into my room I first noticed that it wasn’t any pillows on the bed then I noticed that the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out it was trash still in the can under the sink the bed sheet had yellow stains and to make everything even worse it was a pillow and 2 blankets that was on the rack it looked as if it belonged to someone prior to my stay the pillow had blood stains and other stains on them I have videos and pictures I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get it the only thing they could do was move me in another room I was very disappointed in the second room as well!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Called the day before I checked in.. I was told we could check in early, but we couldn't.. even though there were rooms. They wouldn't take my military id. So I had to redo the reservation. Room was clean except for the drawer in the nightstand. We couldn't have visitors or 2 keys. So we had to call into work, or sit outside for hours till the other person got off. Never again.

Non-functional vehicle on the lot with at least one flat tire. I only stayed one night, but the next day, someone dressed as "Security" was working under the hood of a vehicle with a woman inside. The man who appeared to be the manager and patriarch requested a $100 cash deposit on a $53 ( taxes & fees) pre-paid room. The deposit wasn't mentioned at all before this, but the advertised breakfast was a lie. He directed me to Starbucks when I inquired in the morning. The elevator didn't inspire confidence, and there was no inspection certificate. I encountered a couple of questionable characters in the halls (someone with lit cigarette, presumably on his way outside, and a guy remained on his phone near the window by the stairs at the end of the hallway and almost directly outside of our room), but I didn't feel threatened. The room itself wasn't bad for the price, but the ironing board wouldn't let down and the iron (presumably a replacement) didn't seem to fit in the wall hanger. The bed was clean and very comfortable, but they don't dust at all and there were three items left in the room (a food container, a plate with the sticker label/UPC intact, and a hamper lid too big for the trash bin it was sitting upon) besides eating utensils. The floor seemed clean, but there were several months' worth of dust on the desk/table and the chest/TV stand.
