Getting Around:
Unless walking in the neighborhood, then driving and Uber/Lyft are the only option. Public bus system is very poor.

Other Things to Note:
This home is very close to a train track. This is extremely common in Memphis as we have multiple industrial railroads that run right through town. Luckily, this particular spot is right before an unloading point for the trains so they are always going quite slow. You may hear the horn, but that is literally everywhere in the city limits.
