Cool loft vibe with high ceilings. Walking distance to Tom Lee Park. However, my friend got her car stolen while parked on the street out front. We were able to park and walk everywhere for our whole visit. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants and exploring Beale Street (a 10 min walk) as well as attending a game at FedEx Forum, all a close walk. Apartment was spacious and had the necessities. Communication with owner was easy and check in and out seamless. It was located in a nice building and I felt safe. Overall, we had a good experience ##### Alisa C. This is a lovely apartment. Itā€™s spacious with lots of light. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything we need. I would definitely return here. It would make a beautiful art studio. One small thing if youā€™re planning on having coffee, there is a Keurig, but you need to bring your own pods. ##### Judy M.
