The location is wonderful. You can head into the city to do the fun things and then retreat out to Mud Island to relax. One of the cleanest VRBO places we have ever stayed. Mud Island is definitely the best place to stay if you’re in Memphis. Easy to get everywhere but much safer than lots of parts of the city. The beds are so comfortable I slept like a baby I haven’t had rest like that in a long time. Everything you need to cook was there TV’s in all rooms made a difference at night no one complained because they all got to watch whatever they wanted. I would definitely stay there again. The living areas downstairs were very spacious and each couple had their own bedroom. The beds have foam mattresses and were exceptionally comfortable. The house was immaculate and had plenty of towels, large washer and dryer, and outdoor porches and balcony. The location is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood and 5 minutes to downtown Memphis. We had everyone bring a bag chair for extra seating, which worked out perfectly. Chris, the owner, was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I had forgotten my contact lenses at the house and contacted Chris the next day and his cleaning ladies Laurie and Ruth had found them and even took the time the next day to meet and return them! Everyone loved staying there and we would definitely book again if we come back in Memphis. Thank you to Chris, Laurie and Ruth for everything ##### Eileen C.
