Staff was nice, room was clean, but many parts of the room appeared dated. Shower also broken and showerhead did not stay in place.

My room was that of a motel. Disappointed in room condition. Toilet barely flushing and room just average or somewhat below.

The hotel was close to the fedex forum, so it was very convenient to walk to. We didn’t know that there wasn’t any parking and that we would have to pay $32 for valet. The only issue we had with the room itself was that the tub drained really slowly, so we were standing in dirty water up to our ankles while we were showering.

No self parking on site. Valet with off-site parking with an extra $32 cost. No safe or refrigerator in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not complimentary but the food was good and not terribly priced. Room and facilities were clean. Several pieces of equipment in the small gym area were not in working order.

Bad. So dirty and in disrepair. $38 parking for my car to literally be parked on the side of the road with terrible service.

There were several ceiling areas that were bulging and appeared to have water damage. Our bathroom door didnt close properly. The bathtub appeared dirty and the sink didnt drain properly. We visited 3 years ago and were happier with our stay then as far as the conditions. However all the staff was pleasant.

We were going in to the bar for take out and drink. Ended up staying for 2 hours. Great entertainment by Tiffany and Shaun was a fabulous equally entertaining bartender! Terrific drinks. Food was also yummy.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was horrible and there was a nasty odor in the bathroom. Hotel looked nothing like the advertisement.

The lack of water and hot water was very difficult. We arrived Thursday night. Beginning around 8:00 AM on Friday, hot water was unavailable. Whether it was the hotel or the city, we were never sure or told.

The city of Memphis did have freezing temperatures for over a week that cause city water lines to freeze thus causing issues for all businesses in the downtown area. This place could be really nice with some renovations. The bathrooms need some serious work. Room was not cleaned and had to request towels. Valets were sitting inside and did not move when we pulled up even though they saw us unloading bags. Had to walk in and ask them to come out before any effort was made.

Paid $400 to stay this night, and while the staff was absolutely amazing the property itself appeared to have a bandaid over various issues, including but not limited to marks on walls, no lock on bathroom door, paint and wallpaper peeling on wall and ceilings, possible mold issues under previous patch jobs. As if spending almost four hundred dollars wasn't enough, we had to pay for parking on top of our stay. We loved Memphis and will return but will stay at a different hotel.

We loved the proprty but when we went to the bar and had the opportunity to meet SHAUN the BEST bartender even,it made us love it even more. We will he back next year to hang out with SHAUN and enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel.

Great downtown location to FedexForum and Beale street. Valet at check out is not good, it took an hour to get our car. When we checked in, it took us returning to the desk 3 times to figure out why our room keys didn't work, they were sending us to the wrong room.

Upon arrival 45 minutes to park. Decided Valet was best due to rain and protected parking. Went to leave next day, and 5 hours later we left. Valet originally could not find car. After an hour car was found, but keys were not. Hotel Valet lost keys. Car was a rental, so only one set of keys. Ended up having to get locksmith, wrecker, and another rental car to replace the one we had. Customer leaving before us had vehicle broken into, and one after us also took an hour or so to find their vehicle. Sad, because the hotel facility was nice, the restaurant was enjoyable, and room was good. It was just the staff ruined the whole experience. Hotel did comp us though, so from a business standpoint, that was good. I would start with doing an overhaul on Valet supervision. Like I said, 5 hours after we checked out, we finally were able to leave.
