Upon arrival 45 minutes to park. Decided Valet was best due to rain and protected parking. Went to leave next day, and 5 hours later we left. Valet originally could not find car. After an hour car was found, but keys were not. Hotel Valet lost keys. Car was a rental, so only one set of keys. Ended up having to get locksmith, wrecker, and another rental car to replace the one we had. Customer leaving before us had vehicle broken into, and one after us also took an hour or so to find their vehicle. Sad, because the hotel facility was nice, the restaurant was enjoyable, and room was good. It was just the staff ruined the whole experience. Hotel did comp us though, so from a business standpoint, that was good. I would start with doing an overhaul on Valet supervision. Like I said, 5 hours after we checked out, we finally were able to leave.
