Location looked nothing like the Expedia photo and described as "Downtown" is misleading. Room was decent, but carpet was extremely sticky. Toilet pipe was stuffed around with newspaper. Room also smelled a bit musty and a number of areas had dust/dirt accumulations.

Found food left in the room fridge. Old dirty dingy hotel. Was ok for a quick passing thru overnight stay but wouldn’t want to stay longer. Breakfast was very disappointing. Not many choices and filthy dining room. In a very industrial area

The place is in terrible disrepair the elevators don’t work. The walls are damaged and not being repaired. The swimming pool is covered with tarp and full Of debris! The fitness room is a joke. It’s got so much stuff stored in there. You couldn’t use the treadmill, even if you wanted to and that’s all there is there! The breakfast was unhealthy and limited! The pictures online made it look very positive. The reality was it’s a dump!

Car almost srolen, please do not stay here
The whole place smelled like weed. People- were outside literally smoking it in the parking lot. We were on the 4th floor and was told the evators didnt work.Air conditioner didnt work. This should have been an indication of how things were going to go. My car was broken into and almost stolen. The lady at the front cointer was rude and unhelpful. Said that the cameras didnt work. Then procedes to tell me that its Memphis what do i expect. This has got to be the most aweful experience in my 43 years on the planet at any hotel ever.10/10 do not recommend to anyone. EVER.

Very bad experience!!!
The rooms were not clean. The 1st night water came pouring through the exhaust fan in bathroom so we had to change to a room on 4th floor. The elevator did not work. Hotel rooms stunk of weed. The exercise room is a supply/storage room. The pool is covered with a tarp. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Do not recommend staying here at all.

Ghetto kind of vibe...unsafe
If i could get a refund i would. We got there past the cancelation time. Instantly the place felt unsafe. People hanging all over their belconies drinking. It looked like a seen from a bad neighborhood. People out on thier porches just waiting to start trouble. The vibe was very unsafe and un welcome. And probably get our vehicles vandalized. We didnt even go in the hotel. We quickly diced to cut our loss on this place and moved on with our trip.

Not so great!
I was not able to sleep at all. The hotel really needs to invest on new mattresses. I would literally roll to the center of the bed and could feel the springs poking my body. The elevator was not working and I had to haul my luggage two flights of stairs with my pet.
