Are you ready to experience Mediterranean living in our uniquely styled 2BR home in Mellieha? Ideally located for beach lovers & history buffs, just minutes from the Mellieha Air Raid Shelter, Popeye Village and Mellieha Beach. Perfect for a family of four or couples seeking a relaxing retreat with ample amenities and nearby attractions! Our home is also complete with modern amenities like high-speed Wifi, fully equipped kitchen & air conditioning, perfect for any rental. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| As you step inside, you\`ll be welcomed by a large living area, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment. The front balcony provides a quiet street view and a wonderful spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. The rear balcony offers a more private outdoor space, perfect for unwinding in the evening. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one with a double bed while the other with two single beds. Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms which includes a shower and one being an en-suite. Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night\`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special. Guests will have full access to our apartment, including the private balcony. Unfortunately, our property does not offer on-site parking, but street parking nearby is generally available.
