Two-bedroom apartments accommodating up to 6 guests with large garden  
in a residential area of Torre dell\`Orso. The holiday homes are  
surrounded by a 200-square-meter garden. The units are equipped with  
accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine,  
electric oven, outdoor shower, tv. Pets are allowed with additional fee  
of 30 euros. There are 5 superior units (n. 2, 3, 4, 8 and 12)

The  
two-bedroom holiday home in Salento is introduced by a partly paved  
garden with dining area under the porch, flowerbeds, hedges and trees.  
The holiday homes consist of an air-conditioned living room with 1 double sofa bed, kitchenette with electric hob and dining area. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Moreover, there is an outdoor shower, washing machine and outdoor sink.

The  
complex of holiday homes is in a residential area of Torre dell\`Orso,  
famous and lively seaside location with many amenities near Melendugno,  
on the Adriatic coast. The complex is 1 kilometer away from the sea.  
  
\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.  
\- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.  
\- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.  
\- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.  
\- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
