The space Here, you'll find a beautiful townhouse designed with a commitment to environmental and social sustainability. This design fosters community connections while minimising its ecological footprint, harmonising perfectly with the waterside precinct. There is a single car Garage plus a Private Parking spot for a second car. You will be at the doorstep of the Jawbone Flora and Fauna Reserve, a protected conservation area featuring wetlands, open grasslands, saltmarshes, and mangroves. The reserve offers fantastic opportunities for bird watching and cycling or walking along The Bay Trail. Additionally, a 20-minute walk will take you to Williamstown Beach, where you can enjoy the beach, local cafes and eateries. The Townhouse has 3 levels.
