This two bedrooms and 1 bathroom house is close to restaurants, beaches, hospitals, airport, downtown Eau Gallie and Melbourne. 25 minutes drive to Kennedy Space Center, and about 50mins going to Orlando. Easy access to everything.….. Guests, please note there is a train track near by.

Overall, our stay was very good. The beds were comfortable, the AC was cool, and the home itself was inviting. The only disappointment; the home is located near train tracks and trains were running hourly during the night so it was hard to get regular sleep. Outside of that, everything was as expected. Thanks!

#### What an Amazing Little Place!

This is the perfect place to stay. Quiet, and yet just off the main thoroughfare at US 1 & Eau Gallie. Very close to the beaches and just about anything else you'd want from the Melbourne, Palm Bay, & Viera areas.The street was quiet and allowed me to get a lot of work done. The house is an amazing little place with all amenities anyone could need. Plus the air was COLD when I wanted it that way, just the way I like it!We'll be staying there again the next time we're in town. Don't miss this one if you need to be in the area.

Cozy, clean and quiet. Walking distance to the arts district with a few good restaurants awa a beer garden with great family atmosphere. Not knowing and taking a chance on a rental was the least of our worries

This was a lovely place for us “Yankee” sisters. Was great to sit on the fenced patio and soak up the sun! Local restaurants were good. This home was clean and well stocked for guests. Only complaint might be no cable tv.

#### Second stay with this host

Very clean and well organized. All of the amenities of home away from home.My wife and I were in town for a surgical procedure that should have required one overnight stay in the hospital that ended up with 3 days in ICU. It was a welcome retreat for me after long days in the hospital. We must return in November and will be sure to book with this host.
