Tucked away in a more secluded part of Southbank in the tightly held 'Southpoint' building which is right in the heart of Melbourne's Arts and Cultural precinct, this impressive fully furnished residence offers an excellent layout that allows for truly spacious apartment living.You're also close to Royal Botanic Gardens, Southgate shopping, Arts Centre, National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Recital Centre and Southbank Theatre, Crown Casino, supermarkets on City Road.
