It was lovely and exactly like the photo. However, it was difficult to open the guidebook online as the link took me to a page that said it had been removed or was incorrect. I eventually accessed it. Information re: what to do seemed to be in two different places.On arrival day, waiting for the passcode to be sent so I could go to the liquor store opposite the apartment , give the guy there the passcode and pick up the key was unnerving as the code only arrived one hour before check in and I wasn't sure if it would be emailed or found on the website. Similarly, because we checked out very early, we had to leave the keys in the apartment. This required careful planning as we needed the key tab for the elevator, so we needed to exit via the stairwell. Gaining entry and checking out felt a bit like an escape room experience. ##### Lisa L.
