Comprising a large master bedroom with an ensuite and two further generously sized bedrooms with a combination main bathroom and laundry. The expansive outdoor decked area has a Weber Kettle BBQ and outdoor setting with an umbrella and lounges. The property is in a prime location across the road from "The Cutting", private Bay beach and a 2-3 minute walk to Portsea Village.
