Superb indoor-outdoor flow is created at the rear of the house to a covered retreat with 6-person glass fenced spa, outdoor blinds, surround sound, outdoor lounge and children’s billiards. Sunrise Oasis is the ultimate holiday escape! Walk up the rear of the property through the glass pool fence to a landscaped area with soccer nets, solar heated pool, outdoor sun lounges and umbrella, cabana, al fresco dining for 8, undercover outdoor kitchen with sink, bar fridge and plumbed in barbeque! Designed across two levels, upstairs hosts a queen master retreat featuring a beautiful private balcony overlooking the lush local treetops, large walk in robe, ensuite bathroom with dual shower, dual vanity and separate toilet. On this level is a second bedroom featuring a triple bunk bed (double on bottom/single on top with trundle) and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and walk in robe, adjacent to a rumpus room.
