The garden is a kids and parents paradise that’s fully fenced and enclosed, where you close the gates and the children can play and enjoy their own sanctuary, where parents and friends and watch from the main living and you feel totally at ease as they relax and embrace the Peninsula relaxed lifestyle. The property includes 3 large bedrooms and as well as a second living room that has a fold down, Murphy bed (perfect for the overflow of surprise family or guests), sleeping 8-10 guests in total, each of the bedrooms including their own wardrobes and are ample in size. The main bedroom includes an ensuite, walk-in robe, whilst there is a shared family bathroom for the other sleeping zones. Each bedroom features ceiling fans, whilst the master and second bedroom have split systems that offer air conditioning and their own heating. Conveniently located near RJ Rowley Reserve, local distilleries, and a 10-minute walk to the Rye main street that has amazing shopping and restaurants, bay beach, and pier. Accommodating two cars inside the property boundary and room for on-street parking too.
