This newly completed townhouse is designed for your utmost comfort and convenience. THE SPACE Step into a beautifully designed living space that exudes warmth and style at Stud Park Residence. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this townhouse offers ample space for families or guests. The layout is designed to maximize comfort and practicality. When you first enter the home turn right and access the living area where you can unwind in the cozy lounge and TV. Step left and you will enter the garage suitable for one car. The home is accessible from the garage. As you venture upstairs you will find the open-plan dining area, perfect for intimate meals or dinner parties and fully equipped kitchen which has all your kitchen needs including oven, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. On this level there is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and a separate bathroom. A dedicated desk and chair are provided for those who need to work or study also located in the master bedroom. Step out onto the balcony from the master bedroom. A perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Walk up another flight of stairs and you reach the other two bedrooms both with queen size beds and another seperate bathroom. Enjoy unparalleled convenience with Stud Park Shopping Centre just steps away. A short drive will take you to Knox City Shopping Mall, Dandenong Market, and Caribbean Garden, providing a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. May 18, 2025 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### Does not meet the description nor expectations This property was very poorly appointed & maintained. It was not a "5 Star" clean nor did it have all that we expected for the description & price. The beds are truly awful. Low, very hard cheap mattresses, no mattress protectors or pillowtops. Really cold as just a sheet and thin quilt. No heating or cooling in one bedroom which also had hard floor coverings making it even colder. There were bugs, hair, dust and spills over window ledges, throughout the bathrooms, kitchen & stairs. The cutlery - if you can call it that - was appalling and included disposal bamboo forks. We were lucky I suppose there were 2 metal forks in the drawer. There was just enough for 2 people to eat a meal. The oven had not been cleaned nor the cookware. Overall really disappointing and considering the price not at all what was expected. The plus was having the garage and being close to the shopping centre. It honestly seems to be have been the display version and they bought the furniture with it including the ridiculous plastic plants and random ornaments. The supposed desk is a joke and the lounge was so uncomfortable that the dining chairs were more comfortable and what we used for all of our 10 day stay.I had random messages telling me to register and to put out bins when registration had been undertaken and the property does not have a kerbside collection. The management of this property should know this.I am sure there are much better options for accommodation in this area. ##### Debra A.
