Welcome to your luxurious McKinnon retreat! This spacious 6-bedroom home is the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment, ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway.  
  
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private en-suite, and a walk-in wardrobe for added convenience. Bedroom 2 has a king single bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 each offer cozy queen-sized beds. Bedroom 5 has another king single, and bedroom 6 boasts two double beds, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to unwind comfortably.  
  
With three full bathrooms, everyone has ample space to refresh without waiting. The home’s two spacious living rooms provide multiple relaxation zones, one of which features a pool table, perfect for fun and games. Whether you’re lounging with a movie or engaging in friendly competition, these spaces offer plenty of options for unwinding.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, with modern appliances and plenty of room for cooking up group meals. Enjoy dining together in the adjacent dining area, or step outside to the private pool area. The outdoor space includes furniture for lounging and dining, offering the perfect spot for sunny afternoons and evening gatherings.  
  
With four parking spaces—two in the carport and two in the driveway—you'll have plenty of room for vehicles, making this home even more convenient for your group.  
  
This McKinnon retreat promises a comfortable and memorable stay, whether you’re relaxing by the pool, spending time in the game room, or simply enjoying the spacious living areas.  
  
• Guest parking is available at the front on the driveway or carport parking.  
• Pool house is not available for guests.

We would always aim to not intrude on your stay if at all possible and would not come into the house during your stay, unless invited or needed for urgent maintenance works or stock management.

• Government-issued photo ID may required.  
• Strictly no unregistered guests during your stay. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.  
• Please respect the noise curfew. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 9.30 pm and 7.30 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive.   
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.  
• Pets are not allowed.  
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.  
• We will contact you with check-in and key-collection details before your arrival.  
• On Monday nights, ensure pull the bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.  
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.  
• Please turn off the A/C and lights when you go out.  
• Please keep the key(s) with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.  
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged ( is subject to availability ) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.  
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.  
• Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me.  
• We are committed to making your stay as happy, enjoyable, welcoming, and as comfortable as possible.  
\* Guests who have no previous reviews, please send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking.  
\* We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details.  
\* The actual number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking.  
\* Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!! Breaking any of the house rules may result in the host requesting you to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately, with penalty fines for any lost or damages caused to the property or building.  
\* Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Please remain quiet after 9:30 pm and before 8.00 am. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent or security bond.  
\* Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.  
\* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property).  
\* Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.  
\* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.  
\* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.  
\* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.  
\* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.  
\* Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.  
\* Parking is available on the driveway in front of the carport or 2 a free parking spaces in the carport. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house.  
\* To maintain a mature and responsible environment. we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. The host reserves the right of final interpretation.  
  
By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
