A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind. • We have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls, shampoo, but these may not be sufficient for your entire stay. Should you require additional supplies, you can can find local stores nearby. • Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply. • Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it. • To maintain a mature and responsible environment. we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. Any damage caused will incur replacement charges. • Pets should not be left unattended in the unit and should not enter the unit wet or dirty. • Clean up after your pet in the garden to ensure a pleasant experience for housekeepers and future guests. • If we receive complaints from neighbors about excessive barking or disruptive behavior, you may be required to keep your dog under control at all times or take them home if necessary. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property.
