Sorrento Ocean Sounds is newly renovated and freshly painted throughout, featuring polished floorboards, a brand-new bathroom, well equipped kitchen, a gorgeous elevated front balcony overlooking coastal gardens and an extensive back deck. It is an entertainers dream with 2 alfresco dining areas that are easily accessed from the kitchen via large glass sliding doors. This charming, private beach house is unparalleled in location. Close to St. Pauls General Store, the surf beaches, Sorrento Sailing Club and Sorrento Village. HOUSE FEATURES: Filled with character and warmth, this family home has a central open plan living / dining / kitchen area. There are 2 living spaces for guests to relax, one with a modern wood burner to enjoy on cooler days. Other features include a well-equipped kitchen with large windows overlooking gardens, 3 bedrooms coming off the central living areas, a brand-new bathroom plus a 2nd renovated bathroom and laundry (with block out blind for privacy), that is separate to the main house - located on the outside deck only a few meters from the back door. The home is surrounded by recently updated coastal gardens, plus an extensive outdoor deck featuring 2 alfresco dining areas, a new BBQ, outdoor umbrella and a fire pit to toast marshmallows. Dine under the Moonah trees on one deck, enjoy drinks and nibbles on the other or relax with a coffee on the balcony. There are so many options! We had a very enjoyable and relaxing long weekend. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood but still close to the shops in town and a short drive to the beach and great walking trails. The directions were simple to follow and the house was easy to find. The house was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was modern and worked well. The 2nd bathroom is actually detatched from the house, however this was not a problem at all for us. The detatched bathroom was also nice. The garden and deck was really nice and got a lot of sunlight. We enjoyed having our coffee out there. We found it good for our group with enough living space for all of us to be comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. ##### David G.
