This charming beach cottage has plenty to entertain you, with a good size yard big enough for a game of backyard cricket, bocce or finska whilst enjoying drinks and nibbles or a BBQ dinner on the large entertaining deck. COTTAGE FEATURES: This charming beach cottage offers 2 large bedrooms, a comfortable lounge area and TV for watching movies and a large indoor spa bath for relaxing and taking time out for yourself, what more could you want! Also on the same block are the Sorrento Beach Cottages #1 and the Sorrento Beach House, complete with a stunning swimming pool which are perfect to also rent out for large family groups and special occasions. The cottage is comfortable and has all modern amenities. The property manager communicated well and provided responsive services. However, the property can be presented more neatly (e.g., the door makes a loud noise when opening and closing. With a bit of oil on the door hinges, the noise problem can be solved easily). Although the property is well-fenced, there is a large gap at the gate entrance, and a small dog can get out easily. It is beyond the property manager's control that the cottage next door had a party starting at midnight. The disco music was so loud.
