This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment features an open-plan living and dining area with a smart TV, where guests can log into their own streaming accounts, as well as split system heating and cooling for year-round comfort. The master bedroom also includes a smart TV and a private ensuite. There’s a main bathroom with a shower over bath and a convenient euro laundry, Bedding Configuration: Master Bedroom: King bed with ensuite and smart TV Bedroom 2: Queen bed Guests also have access to the building’s gymnasium and indoor pool, perfect for workouts or unwinding between the hours of 7.00am - 9.00pm (TBC) Please note that the pool and gym are shared, communal facilities. Their maintenance and operation are managed by the building's body corporate. In the event these facilities are unavailable or out of order during your stay, please note that this is beyond our control. During such rare disruptions we are unable to provide any compensation or refunds should they occur. Parking available in the secure building carpark for 1 car. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience. Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones Hens parties by application only.
